Try the following:

1. Reduce your PC screen resolution.

2. Exit or pause programs that need a high CPU load. These programs can include anti-virus scans, backup programs, Windows updates, and so on.

3. Switch Wi-Fi MediaConnect to SD resolution, as follows:

4. Right-click on the [TV] icon in the notification tray and select [Options]

5. Click on the [Resolution] tab and select the [Options] for SD resolution

If you are not running any other programs when you see this message, your PC probably does not have enough CPU resource.
