The coffee is very hot and good. Easy to wash the milk frotter, witch is a very good thing. I am happy with my new machine, could not be better The only downside is the grinding, it is somewhat loud. I previously owned a Nespresso ans I am very happy with this Philipps

This was a gift that my thoughtful partner gave me. It has far exceeded my expectations, and now no longer buy Starbucks (saving a pile of money) The frother is excellent silky, creamy froth, added bonus perfect for a cup of tea, London fog, Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso - so many incredible coffee drinks, that you would pay a fortune for - at home!

My coffee cups have never tasted that good before.

The user manual [digital] is the worst. Images are in the back part [starting around page 620] they repeat the part tags from illustration to illustration, and those tags are the same alpha tags as the illustration demarkations.

Regarding the general operation and screen function -good The major flaw is that even though one choses the 3 bean selection and sets the brew grinder unit to 1 ( strongest setting) I find the coffee weak in taste. I tried buying darker roast coffee but not much of a difference! However, for an entry level espresso machine it us okay! For coffee ehnthusiastics, go for a higher end machine.

It stopped working after 6 months.. now it is more than one month that we are communicating with the customer service to fix the machine and no luck yet. It’s costing us extra to go get our coffee from outside and then pay for it.

After just a few months of regular use, the machine started malfunctioning — it makes strange noises and the coffee no longer flows properly. Each time, the chat was closed before I could ask follow-up questions. The third agent I spoke with advised me to leave a review on a similar espresso machine model, as the page for my own machine didn’t have a review section. I followed that advice and left a detailed comment. Philips responded by asking me to call customer service. Unfortunately, I work full-time and their phone support hours overlap exactly with my work hours, so calling is not an option. I also sent a full email with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and a video, but I have not received any meaningful follow-up. I’m very disappointed in your costumer service. I just want my issue to be taken seriously and to have a full refund, as I’ve lost confidence in the product. So can you please communicate with me by email, wich is so more esay for someone who works full time!

Despite clearly explaining the issue and being well within a reasonable window for support, I was met with unhelpful responses, long wait times, and no real resolution. The process was frustrating and left me feeling completely unsupported as a customer. A premium machine should come with premium support — instead, I feel like I wasted my money. I expected better from Philips and would not recommend this machine to others based on both the product failure and the lack of after-sales service.
