I thoroughly researched similar products. Going from a traditional $70 coffee maker to this Philips, was like driving a Lada to a Rolls Royce. Incredible taste, fun to use and Aves me a fortune. I use the hot water feature to warm up my cup. The steam feature for frothing. Each of myvtwo adult kids have bought one seen trying mine. Highly recommended

The espresso machine makes an excellent cup of coffee. I chose this machine after my Seaco machine needed repairs. Glad I did. People are always commenting on my good coffee and making it is easy and quick. Won't do without it!

Purchased the 3200 model a month and a half ago and is everything I expected. Easy controls for a variety of coffees with or without milk and hot water for tea. Cleaning once a week is effortless and quick, only a rinse required. Well built, good appearance and good value. Thanks

All works well and the coffee selection is very good.

Sometimes it will produce a perfect puck other times the catch bin is a bowl of mush.
