Easy to make
Easy to follow recipe booklet, , pasta comes out with no need to hang to dry, you can cook it right away. Pasta tastes better than store bought

No need to dry pasta means no long waiting period before it can be cooked
Cons
Penne end up with one end closed at the point you have to cut it off the machine disc. You then have to try and open that end with your fingers and causes rips in pasta
