This product used to be barely passable and now makes me suicidal.
I used to use this every now and then and the quality was barely worth the cost, but now when I go to use it again and need to reinstall the software, I can't find the software anywhere online and every link brings me to the same useless Philips page to call for help but it's 11pm. SO, I'm not sure if I'm just stupid or if Philip's is, but the point still stands that this product has put me in such a state of anger and frustration I would rather end my life than ever deal with the products of this company again. JUST PUT THE PROGRAMS NEEDED IN AN EASY TO ACCESS PLACE.
