Philips Avent Baby monitorDigital Video Baby Monitor

The product works great, the quality of the video is really clear. the monitor battery lasts a really long time. The monitor power button stopped working suddenly after 6 months but Philips sent us a brand new unit within 2 days. I was very impressed by that.

I loved and used this monitor for a year with my son. The picture is great and it was easy to use. My monitor died after a year and my experience calling customer service was amazing. They were so helpful and stood by their product. I gave all my product info, my info and they sent a replacement right away. I couldn't be happier

The monitor has been serving us well and has more features than we need.

The monitor is very easy to set up and can either be mounted on the wall or sit on a stable surface such as a shelf. Battery life so far is excellent as is the range from home unit to parent unit. Sound quality is great and video is as well considering it’s not an HD monitor. I like that it has different modes to conserve battery. The ‘talk back’ feature I’ve used very little but found it had a delay and the voice quality was ok. The pre installed music is nice to have in case the mobile we use stops playing. Love that it’s not wifi based and in my opinion is very secure because of that. Love the temperature indicator for the room and this you can set up for warnings based on temperature preference. Overall I’m happy with this monitor for the few months I’ve had it.

I found the Philips Avent Digital Video Monitor was an awesome product that stood up to what it said it could do. The video was crystal clear of the baby an the sound was also superb qualit.I liked how it played my voice back to the baby too. Its a product that put me and the baby at easeand was worth its weigt in gold.

I get to see what my baby is doing while I’m at work and be aware of the surroundings

The video quality is good, but all the other features are amazing! You can throw out the night lights because the camera comes with one, and it will play lullabies! I LOVE IT!!! Thank you weespring for giving me the opportunity to try this camera.

Awesome product. Great image (day or night time), adjustable brightness and sensitivity to sound so I dont wake up with every sound my baby makes and the ECO Mode is super useful so the battery lasts longer. It shows the temperature in the room but I do wish it would also tell the time, so when baby wakes up I dont have to check my cellphone. Thats about the only thing I would add. Also AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE: I had a problem with my monitor (my son accidentally dropped it in the bathtub) and Philips replaced it with a new one, no charge!!!

This monitor has literally everything you need. I can't think of one thing that would make it better! The picture is crystal clear and it has more features than I even recognized when I first set it up. That said, I would recommend reading the manual as I didn't find the navigation to be completely intuitive. I didn't understand how to have the sound on continuously or how to pan the camera until I took the time to read about it. But once I did read, I uncovered even more really cool features! I got a chance to try this monitor as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel, and am so grateful as I know we will enjoy using it for many years!

We've been using this monitor for the last week or so and its been pretty good. During the day, the screen resolution is top notch with a nice, clear image. It was nice being able to glance at the screen to get an idea of what was happening without studying it for several seconds. It's done a great job at picking up relevant audio from general background noises and the Night Vision is super clear. I didn't get a chance to try out the temperature monitoring feature but it seems like a great feature for newborns. The range for the monitor is pretty good but I did notice interference when going two stories down. Not the worst thing in the world though. I especially like the night light feature on the camera. It's not too bright, but it gives off just enough light to be able to check on our boy. I can't attest to the battery life since I mainly left it plugged in.
