Philips AventAnti-colic nipple

My daughter had a lot of spit up issues and I think this nipple type definitely helps with reducing the amount she spits up after each feeding. She does a lot better with this nipple compared to other brands (less dribbling out of her mouth as she drinks) and seems less fussy overall when using this nipple. I will definitely be getting more of these in the future. I was given this product to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel.

I received the Philips Avent Anti-colic baby bottle SLOW FLOW, 4pk from weeSpring Parent panel to test out. Through the past 4 years, I have had 3 children who have been bottle-fed. There are a number of differently shaped nipples on the market and my 9 month old seems to prefer the wide-based ones. With the Avent Anti-colic nipples, I have noticed that my daughter is able to latch on well and I do not hear her struggle to get the milk out. Due to acid reflux issues, we have kept my daughter on the slow flow and they seem to work well. The milk does not come out too fast like other slow flow nipples we have tried and we have not noticed her spitting up throughout the day.

Thank you weeSpring Parent Panel for these bottle nipples. My little guy took to these right away with no problem. My son is about 3 months old and is mostly breast fed. He had no problem using these nipples. The nipple has a good design. I find some nipples can be a little long and gag my son sometimes but that did not occur while using these. Also, my son tends to be gassy and I did not notice him having gas after using these.

I want to start of by saying thank you to weespringparentpanelreview for allowing us to review another great product of theirs. The Philips Avent anti-colic slow flow bottle, with size 1 and size 2 nipples was an excellent bottle to my son who was born with an extensive overbite problem since birth. At first when i received this Avent bottle i was afraid to give it a try since my 9 month old son was using one particular bottle since birth. He had no problem accepting this philips avent anti-colic bottle wonderfully which was a big plus for us! This bottle is very easy to use, it comes with an anti colic vent piece that disassembles easily and washes well easily. This BPA bottle definitely lowered my sons spit up at night. He also had a small colic issue with the one and only bottle he was using before, and this amazing bottle definitely is a win win to him and i! The valve is supposed to allow air in order to prevent air into my baby’s stomach. Another Pro i noticed is that this bottle with the vent adapter allows my son to eat at his very own pace, if looked at closely when the bottle is turned in the feeding position the milks slowly flows into the soft nipple, at a slow pace! I also noticed his burping has definitely lowered which is a plus for us to because this allows him to be less fussy and have less air bubbles which means less colics and definitely less tummy discomfort. The Only one con i can say is that it would be nice if this bottle had a particular small brush to wash the ventilated valve since i did notice the small vent i couldn’t stick anything to clean thst small particular spot. The ease of cleaning this bottle is more hygienic and a healthy eating experience for my son which is a plus also! Either than not having a small brush to clean the valve i give this bottle a 5 star! Love these for my newborn! We have always used the Phillips Avent antic-colic bottles and it’s great to have a variety of choices as they grow to meet their needs. These slow flow nipples provide the perfect amount for her with each sip. So thankful we were able to try these from the weeSpring Parent Panel.

My baby has always had issues with reflux. He tends to spit up a lot after feedings. I received the Philips avent anti-colic bottle with slow-flow nipples as part of a weeSpring Parent Panel and was very excited to see if it helped. My son had no issues taking to this nipple. I felt like the bottle and nipples are good quality. I felt that when using this bottle, my son was swallowing less air and noticed a pretty significant reduction in him spitting up. Overall I am really happy with this product and would recommend for babies that have reflux issues.

With my daughter who is now 4 months old had a lot of difficulty with gas pains and she would cry and fuss. I tried several different bottles but with little luck. WeeSpring Parent Panel offered me a chance to try out the Philips Avent Anti-Colic baby bottle with the slow flow nipple along with the Avent Anti-colic 4 pack nipple. As a nursing mom who supplements it was very important to me to have a nipple that would not allow the milk to flow out too fast. The Anti-colic nipples are easy to use and easy to clean. I found that my daughter didn’t have any problems taking to the nipple and did not have nipple confusion when I went to nurse. The nipple itself seemed to hold enough without allowing the air\foam in so she swallowed less air. Overall I was very pleased with this product and the fact that I can also use them on my other Avent bottles is a plus.

I received this product to try from WeeSpring Panel. These bottles are easy to clean and my baby did not have any difficulty going between her Philips bottles and breastfeeding with these nipples. They also can go in the dishwasher, be boiled or be sanitized in a steam bag. The anti-colic insert seemed to help reduce the amount of air getting into the bottle, which was great.

The slow flow Avent nipple was perfect for my 2 months old baby. It helped in reducing colic and gas. Am very happy I was able to use them. I highly recommend this product. I received the philips Avent nipple as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel.

Truly a quality and thoughtful product! I was given these as part of the Wee-Spring parent panel and as a second time mommy, I am very impressed with these compared to what else is on the market as I have tried almost all of the name brands in the past! I enjoyed the slimmer bottle size which made it easy for my little one to grip and the fact that it came with multiple nipples and flow options! This is super important because having to clean nipples and going through teething the first time around, you definitely have a need for options! The anti-colic bottle seems to be working and I believe with continued use it’s going to be very helpful. Overall, great product and would highly recommend. Only thing I would change is the fact that I’d like to have two bottles in the package. Having to clean one bottle over and over again is tiresome!
