Don't expect much !!

CALLED IN FOR TECH SUPPORT AND HERE'S HIS REPLY TO A CODE FOR A BLU RAY DEVICE: "MICHAEL K. HD IS NOT THE SAME THING AS BLU-RAY. PHILIPS WARRANTY COVERS DEFECTS IN PARTS AND WORKMANSHIP AND THERE'S NO GUARANTEETHAT THIS REMOTE WILL BE ABLE TO CONTROL EVERY SINGLE DEVICE." BUT i SAID IT'S ADVERTISED" THE COMPREHENSIVE CODE LIBRARY COVERS ALL THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY INCLUDING HD AND FLAT-SCREEN TV'S." BUT NOT BLU RAY & SONY RECEIVER HOME THEATER - LIKE I SAID DON'T EXPECT MUCH THEN YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED LIKE I AM.
