I was terribly disappointed with this machine after 14000 cups of great coffee with my previous Saeco. This very expensive and pretty machine has some unnecessary bells and whistles and leaves out what one does every day. There is an advertised empty coffee bin sensor and an advertised full dredge drawer sensor. Neither of these work. I had the misfortune of taking it to the local service who held on to the machine for almost two months and sent it to another larger center to find the non-existant sensors. Customer service at Philips is only authorized to give you the run-around. I finally returned it to Costco with a full refund and was then foolish enough to buy another one with exactly the same problem. "Customer, I do not Care" told me to take it back to the same local service center.......
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MACHINE

This machine is very technologically advanced, it tells you everything, from how you make what you need to drink, to what you need to maintain it. I have only exceptional drinks.
