Solve Bluetooth pairing issues
In case you have problem pairing your Bluetooth device (Bluetooth version 2.1 or above) with the docking speaker:
- Disconnect the power supply from the product; and wait for 15 minutes
- Re-connect the power supply
- Power off and then on your Bluetooth device
- Repeat steps 1-4 above
