How to reduce the signal 'noise' in the picture or 'speckled' picture of Philips TV?

Press the 'MENU' button, and then press the cursor up/down to select FEATURES.
Press the cursor right and press the cursor up/down to select DNR (Dynamic Noise Reduction).
Press the cursor left/right to select ON.
Press the 'STATUS/EXIT' button to exit the menu.
