1) Connect your player to your computer. It will load automatically and a new window will appear.

2) Select the Open folder to view files.

• If the window does not appear, double-click My Computer on the desktop and you will find an icon for your player. Double-click that icon

3) Find the corresponding folders.

• Video transfer - Open the Video folder if you want to transfer video recordings. Notes: You need to open the CAPTURES sub-folder in the Video folder if you want to transfer videos recorded by this player

• Voice recording transfer– Select the folder Recordings –> Voice or FM radio. Notes: FM radio recording is not allowed in the US for legal reasons

• Picture transfer - Open the Picture folder if you want to transfer pictures. Notes: You need to open the CAPTURES sub-folder in the Picture folder if you want to transfer pictures recorded by this player

4) Right click on the selected file and select Copy.

• If you want to upload more than one file, press and hold the Ctrl key on your computer keyboard to select the files, and then right click to select Copy

5) Open a suitable folder on your computer and then right click to select Paste.
