What is happening to the uGrow Smart Baby Monitor app?
On October 1, 2022, the Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ app replaced the uGrow Smart Monitor app. The Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ is free to download in the Google Play or Apple Store.
If you have not yet switched to the Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ app, you can do this by following the steps below:
- Search for the Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ in the Google Play or Apple Store. Alternatively, mobile users may click here
- Once you have downloaded the app, follow the on-screen instruction to register your new account.
- After you have confirmed your new account, you must now reset your uGrow Smart Baby Monitor: Press the reset button on the back of the device with a paperclip or pointed object.
- Once you release the button, the baby monitor plays a short tune to confirm the reset.
- Follow the Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ in-app instructions to pair your uGrow Smart Baby Monitor.
Simply reset the baby camera and create a new account. The Philips Avent Baby Monitor+ app will have the same functionalities and secure connection as the older app.
