Very convenient to use and saves counter space.
Great machine. Got rid of our coffee maker, espresso machine, and coffee grinder. Love the fact that we could brew by the cup so hubby could have his coffee strong and I could have mine less strong. Self cleaning feature also excellent.

Espresso, Cappuccino, AND Coffee!
One of the few machines I looked at that can make all three beverages. We usually make coffee with an occasional cappuccino and rarely espresso, so this is a good machine for us. Easy to use, easy to clean, and it makes good coffee. Coffee is a bit weak even when set on maximum aroma and finest grind. Sometimes I'll make a cup of coffee and add a shot of espresso to it.

Great coffee, but loud.
I love the convenience of being able to just pour my beans and water in and pushing a button for a great cup of coffee. I was surprised at how loud the machine is. I was also disappointed in the fact that the water pump only lasted 13 months and wasn't covered in our warranty. We would've had to ship it to another state to be worked on as there isn't a service center anywhere near us. I expected the parts on a machine as expensive as this one would've lasted longer.
