Great machine
Have been using this machine for 5 months now. Very convenient and easy to use. My only disappointment is that the milk & froth comes out luke-warm and is simply not hot enough to drink in one of the pre-set drinks. i.e., a Latte ends up at around 120 degrees so we always have to steam it. The coffee dispenses at around 160 degrees but the milk only dispenses at around 95 to 100 degrees. Buyers need to be aware of this so they don't end up being disappointed. We even had a replacement machine shipped out to us as we thought there was an issue with our machine; same issue with the new machine. I would still recommend this as it's a great machine other than the one flaw of not dispensing the milk hot enough.
