3000 SeriesDual Basket Airfryer

I’d been avoiding air fryers for so long, thinking my convection oven was the same thing. Boy was I wrong. This air fryer is wonderful. With the 2 drawers differently sized for any possible option, to how wonderful it heats up leftovers, to how amazing it roasted vegetables (even frozen veggies!!) I’m so glad I got it and so happy with this specific air fryer.

I also have an older Philips Air Fryer for many years now and it's performance and cook times are alot better but I would still recommend this product.

I am giving this product 2 stars, not because of the air fryer itself, but because of the customer support experience. The air fryer works very well, and I am happy with its performance. However, the handle on the basket broke during normal use, and I have been unable to get assistance. I could not reach customer support by phone, and it was difficult to find a way to contact someone directly. I do not have time to spend hours trying to get help. A product from a well-known brand should come with accessible and responsive customer support. The air fryer itself deserves a much higher rating, but my overall experience has been negatively affected by the lack of support.
