Shaver series 6000Wet and dry electric shaver

Works well took a little time to get used to so as not to burn skin.

I have put this product through its advertised paces. Despite the fact that I have only been using this shaver for a few days I find that it lives up to its advertising very well. Basically it gives a quite a close shave using the dry function, which is fine for quick everyday use, together with an even closer wet shave which may be required for special occasions, not quite as close as a blade, but in my experience comes a close second. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both shave modes, so, as far as I am concerned this model fulfills my expectations and lives up to its advertised functions very well. Generally the shaver is very lightweight, making it much easier to handle over previous shavers I have used over the years. The one negative comment that I do have to date is that I wish the charging chord was about six inches longer, but that can be been easily overcome and doesn't really take away from the shaver's functionality. Generally I am satisfied with this Philips' product as it fulfills all of my expectations to date and I remain confident that it will provide years of excellent service for the future.

Does a decent job with minimal pulling around some facial areas. But around your jaw line and under neck you really got to work and it still doesn’t get it all. I use a blade to finish it. Nicely designed product to hold and some features including battery life are phenomenal. I have not tried it with wet shave or in shower so maybe this would help getting those areas.

I'm shaving every other day , I do have a beard so it is tricky to go around : sometimes problem to shave under a chin (nipping) otherwise OK, I'm always finishing shaving with "one-blade" - Phillips. Beard attachment is a working to close to skin - I'm not gonna use this in the future

I bought 9000s in 2018,This is the 4th I purchased from Philips, but this machine is the worst machine ever l used it from Philips, most of the time the head fall down.

Although I used it only for 6 months, once a week, and cleaned it properly, it stopped working while I was shaving! I returned it for refund.

I purchased this product on January 12th of this year and it has already stopped working after just approximately 3 dozen cycles of use under normal conditions. Philips offered me an exchange but why would I exchange something that expensive if it stopped working within just a few months and maybe 3 dozen cycles of normal use. Clearly this product was not built with quality parts considering it's price.
