Ridiculous choices being made.

In 2026 we are releasing toothbrushes with “smart features” and they have a USB-A to power adapter cable?! The previous model already supported USB-C! For almost 400 dollars this is unacceptable!

Garbage.

Unbelievable! They went back from usb-c to their properiety wierd connection. and it doesn't have a stand! so you have to carry the charger and special wire.

Comically huge downgrade

This is such a massive downgrade from the old model that it's hard to comprehend. 1. The travel case—previously best in industry—is now effectively useless. Instead of USB C, it requires a proprietary cable which can't be stored in the case itself. 2. The charger requires a heavy GLASS cup which has a ROUNDED interior. You read that right: a) the brush *does not stand upright* while charging b) the glass cup is heavy, bulky, and separate from the base c) i cannot find any replacement charger/cup. so if you knock that cup off the counter, thast 400 dollars down the drain Oh and before you ask, the brush handle shape has changed, so neither your old charger nor your old travel case will work.
