A fantastic QLED TV at a low price
Our 2011 Samsung TV finally went kaput. I wanted a replacement and didn’t want to buy a high end tv. I needed QLED because the tv is in a bright room. After some research I came upon this 55” TV from Phillips. I am pleasantly surprised at the picture quality, ease of setup, multi hdmi ports, 120hz up scaling, loads of setting options, incredible sound.
Pros
Small bezel, easy to use, bright screen, great sound.
Cons
RokuTV is a little wonky, Remote isn’t that great

NO OPERATING MANUAL AVAILABLE
This TV was delivered with Quick Start Guide only which told me how to turn it on. I could not find a full operating manual anywhere. I spoke to Philips Customer Service in both US and Canada and was told "this is a new model and there is no operating manual available". The Canadian service centre sent me a link to a 3rd party "manual for everything" company which showed me a similar model tv but the remote control, and the functions, is totally different than mine. This tv is useless without an operating manual and I can't believe that Philips is this dismissive of a major problem that they are aware of
