Saeco MinutoSuper-automatic espresso machine

We've had this espresso machine since 2016 and we use it twice to 4 times a day and it's awesome it makes great Americanos. Other machines have lasted us a year so we can't believe that this one just keeps on going. We thought it was done a few weeks ago when we had a minor problem where the puck ejector thing got stuck but the customer service person walked me through diagnosing the problem and fixing it and half an hour from my call it was fixed. Really can't say enough good things about this machine and when it does give up we'll be ordering a new Phillips Saeco machine.

We have only been using this product for just about two weeks, but have loved every cup of espresso/lungo we have made with it. I'm not a cappuccino or latte drinker so I can't speak to the milk steamer as yet. It is a little bit noisy but not enough to bother me. It does expel a fair amount of water in it's self-cleaning process, but we just have a cup sitting under it at all times when we're not brewing coffee to catch it and saves having to empty the bottom tray so often. We also haven't gone through the descaling process yet, so not sure what that will involve but the instructions seem very straightforward and I don't anticipate any issues.

Makes excellent, tasty coffee. The opening for using ground coffee as an option is inoperable? Very strange.

The design of this unit is not only practical but looks very smart and is a enhancement to out kitchen area. The ease of set up and performance went beyond expectations.

simple but good feature, but the beans do not slide well to the grinder

I am very happy with my Saeco Minuto. It has many nice features to make espresso and lattes with minimal time and effort. For the price in my opinion it has great value. It makes espressos with a very good flavor. It's frothing capability is exceptionally good. It does not have as many programming features as the more high-end models of automatic espresso machines, but the number of features for the price is very satisfactory. It would be nice if the steamer nozzle had better control.

Love it! Great Espresso! Easy to use! I'm not a pretentious coffee snob. I use it everyday.

So far this has been an excellent product. Had an earlier lesser grade version and so far this one has been perfect.

the coffee is really hot witch is really good. my kids can make coffee with this machine. the crema is the weakest part of this machine. It give a little but not as the picture shows it. The price is good for an automatic machine.
