The Device is small and compared to many other projectors has superb build quality. I disagree with comments about screen quality my normal Screen is a Samsung G9 so quality wise you cant compare any projector to a native Screen or home theater. I have a Samsung S95 "65 inch TV". So you cant go the projector route and then scream quality. Many factors depend on if youre on a wall or pull down screen, or paint used if Light reflecting or absorbent.

I bought this as an alternative to a 50" bedroom TV (nighttime usage only), and I think it serves that purpose perfectly. It does take some time to dial in the picture settings - they could have made the default modes better. But once you get it right (I used my iPhone as a reference for color balancing), it looks excellent. I wish it were brighter, but that's what you get for the size/cost tradeoff.

The package and form factor is 10/10. The actual picture quality a bit disappointing. Colors are blown out in default settings, and image is not that sharp. But my biggest gripe though is that it doesn't have wifi connectivity for the price tag. If you have a very specific reason to get it - go for it but for a tv replacement it is really lack luster.

I purchased this product on the basis that Philips backs good products, but this thing is so unreliable compared to a TV, slow to turn on, audio works at first and then hours into your show decides to change from AUX to internal speaker or randomly says something about a bluetooth connection, then the sound won't work at all through AUX until factory reset. Many times certain apps like Crave and Global will HDCP / EDID errors?Emailing support get's you nowhere and they don't even provide a link to the latest firmware/software since the three or 4 versions I've tried are all super buggy - instead I have to try and hunt down the firmware file myself. this is something that you should be able to download right from the page I am writing this review. Just too many things went wrong for not a cheap product. Seems like an old DLP TV but you have to buy the screen separate. The lamps in this don't last long so let's hope this things doesn't burn out in know time.
