I cannot access any features of the Philips Sonicare app.

When using the Philips Sonicare app, you need to provide access to your electric toothbrush and data. Find out why and enjoy all benefits of the Sonicare app.

Personalized coaching experience

In order to provide you with a personalized coaching experience, the app requires each user's permission to access two types of data:

  1. Data collected from the sensors in the toothbrush itself, like the pressure sensor data.
  2. Your personal information data such as your oral health routine that was collected when you first set up the app.

Respect your privacy

Because we respect all user's privacy rights, if you do not give permission for Philips to access your device data and personal data, there will be limited to no functionality enabled in the app. You can view the privacy policy and terms and conditions at any time in the “About” section of the menu.
