Option 1:
If your Macbook is equipped with a mini display or thunderbolt output, you can connect it to the PPX3610 / 3614 using the optional cable PPA1270 (not supplied with the PicoPix), below are the steps:
- Connect the mini*Display cable end to your Macbook.
- Connect the mini Hdmi cable end to the PicoPix
- Turn on the PicoPix and select the Hdmi source
- The Macbook should automatically detect the PicoPix, If not you can force the system to find the projector by going to App Menu /System Preferences/Display/ Detect Display button
Option 2:
You need an Apple VGA adapter or Hdmi Adapter (Check the model of your Macbook and the Apple support webpage to advise which adapter you need for your device).
- Connect the Vga or Hdmi adapter to your Macbook
- Connect the standard Hdmi/mini Hdmi or the optional VGA cable PPA1250
- Select the right source on your PicoPix
- The Macbook should automatically detect the PicoPix, If not you can force the system to find the projector by going to App Menu /System Preferences/Display/ Detect Display button
Please note:
It the projection fails to start, check that you are using 800* 600 resolution.
Try to reboot your Macbook.
