    Grilled vegetables with lamb

    In your Airfryer, you can simultaneously prepare meat and vegetables. Because you are cooking with air, the flavors do not carry over. Enjoy these tasty marinated lamb chops!

    Servings 2 persons


    • 4 lamb chops
    • ½ bunch fresh mint
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 parsnip
    • 1 yellow carrot
    • 1 fennel bulb
    • 1 purple carrot
    • Salt and pepper
    • Fresh rosemary


    • Chop the mint and rosemary very finely or use a hand blender or mincer. Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil and season the marinade to taste with salt and pepper. Marinate the lamb chops for at least 3 hours. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and leave them to soak in a container of water. Heat your Airfryer to 200 degrees and sear the lamb chops for 2 minutes. Remove the chops from the basket and cover the bottom with the (drained) vegetables. Place the lamb chops on top. Cook for another 6 minutes at 200 degrees. Tasty with mashed potatoes with rosemary!
