Teriyaki steak with hasselback potatoes

You can cook an excellent steak in the Airfryer. Hasselback potatoes give the dish a playful touch, fun for kids to eat and make!

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 200 g snow peas
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • Ketjap Manis sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Cut the steaks into strips and place them in a marinade of soy sauce, olive oil and ketjap. Brush the mushrooms clean and cut them into quarters. Wash the snow peas and cut the onion into half-rings.
  • Mix all the vegetables together with one tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut a small slice off the bottom so that they lie flat. Make small incisions in the potatoes, but not all the way to the bottom. Put some oil between the incisions and sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the potatoes in the Airfryer for 20 minutes at 190 degrees. Then slide the potatoes to the side and place the vegetables and the meat in the middle. Bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
