Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 5100Sonic electric toothbrush

This replaced a Sonicare 4500 which lasted around 8 months before a nut came loose on the brush head post. This one also only lasted 8 months. I looked it up online and this is common. With the 4500, I was sent an immediate replacement after I explained the problem to customer service. With this one, I had to send it back to Philips and they had to receive it before I was sent a replacement. They failed to add an apartment or street number, even though I have an online account with the correct information, so it went back to the Fedex warehouse. Tried to contact Fedex but could not get a human. Contacted Encompass and they sent me back to Philips. Contacted them and they sent another replacement instead of contacting the shipper with the correct address. This means I have to wait another couple of weeks, which will make it close to a month, to get my new toothbrush. Not impressed and I have no confidence in the quality of Philips products.
