Shaver series 9000 SensoTouchWet & dry electric shaver

When battery went down to zero, it wouldn't charge at all. Phillips replaced new handle generously to fix the problem. DO NOT let the charge drop to zero any time.

Bought RQ1250 in 2013 for occasional travel use. Left out too long off charger and when needed couldn’t charge. Call customer service and they understood clearly the issue and replaced new handle complete. I am impressed of the prompt respond for a 8-yr old Phillips product. That’s “SERVICE”!!!

The new rq1250 heads are different and a step down from the original premium razor heads... They do not shave as close They do not move and pivot the same They do not glide as smoothly They are much louder ! And the gray color does not match the sensotouch 3Ds all black finish. The rating is for the razor with stock head. If I had to review the sensotouch 3d with the new head the review would significantly been reflected in a negative way

I had an 20 year + old Philips Razor that I used occasionally for a quick shave. After reading many reviews I decided on the Senso Touch 3D model 1250X . I am so pleased with it, that I use this now as my primary razor.

I like the shave it gives me very much,the charge last a long time and is light to hold. It is a very nice shaver and enjoy using it, it is the 3rd Phillips shaver in a row that I have purchased over the years.

this shaver is the only one I have used that has not nicked or cut me and at the same time gives me a very close shave

Other than do it for me, this shaver covers all the requirements for a great shaver.

Great design, smooth close shave, but a bit difficult to clean. Blades do no last that long. First ones only lasted 8 months. Could use a stronger case like the last Philishave I owned.

I've had this shaver now for a few months. I use it 3 to 4 times a week. In approximately 4 months I've only had to charge it just once!! The battery in it is like none other. It shaves without irritating my face. And I've never had a more closer shave then what this shaver does. I have recommended this shaver to family and friends. Between the men in my family there is now 6 of the 1160 shaving and cleaning systems now. :-) TRUST me you will love this shaver!!!
