The mixing paddle is stuck in my Philips pasta maker

1) If you already tried to disassemble the pasta maker: put the disassembled parts back in place until the pasta maker is assembled properly

2) Make sure that the control knob is on the OFF position

3) Unplug the device

2) Plug the device in again and select the automatic pasta making program, press the start button and keep the mixing paddle rotating for at least 30 seconds. Then turn the control knob to the OFF position

3) Unplug your pasta maker, disassemble and clean it as described in the user manual (see chapter “cleaning”)
