Please check if the batteries are fully loaded.
Reconnect the USB dongle in any of the USB ports on your Screeneo.
Re-match your Philips Airmouse with the delivered USB dongle:
Connect the Dongle to the USB port on your Screeneo product
Press the red and blue key on the Airmouse for 5-10 seconds
After additional 2-5 seconds, the mouse will be working.

Please do not forget to put our finger on the OK button for using the airmouse function.
