I cannot set the clock on my Philips clock radio

Press TIME SET until the clock time display flashes.
Press HOUR/MINUTE to adjust the hours and minutes respectively.
Release HOUR/MINUTE when you have reached the desired setting.
Press TIME SET to confirm the time setting. You will hear a double beep.
