Noise during the playback from my Philips headphones

You are out of range of the transmitted signal; e.g. there are to many walls and/or ceilings in between
As the battery power might be running low, the wireless link is slowly breaking up. Recharge the batteries according the charge instructions (refer to user manual)
The headphone is not properly tuned (or set to the same channel) to the transmitter unit. Refer to the user manual for the tuning procedure
There is interference from another RF device or Flat Screen (TFT) Displays nearby. Try setting a different frequency channel or move away from the disturbing source
You are close to a window and are picking up interfering signals from other appliances (including FM headphones) from much farther away
