Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9750Rechargeable Toothbrush

I purchased this brand, after several recommendations from my dentist. Before, I used cheaper, battery-operated toothbrushes from another brand. They worked, but the results never came close to what I get with the DiamondClean 9750. The variety of available modes really helps me adjust my oral care as needed, and make my teeth feel like I'm getting a professional cleaning every day.

This product has been so amazing im absolutely in love with is so far. I had a Philips sonicare diamond clean toothbrush that I've owned for about 7 years before I purchased this new one and I was in love with that toothbrush before I upgraded to this new one. I love the Diamond Clean smart 9750 so much more than the one I had previous to this. The motor is so powerful and it gives me such a great cleaning experience and I love all the modes it comes with and the app it comes with as well. Brushing my teeth everyday with this toothbrush is just surreal, I absolutely am thrilled with this product!!!

I originally purchased two Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart toothbrushes (blue - HX9954/64L), expecting high performance from such a reputable brand. Initially, I was impressed by the design: lighter, buzz-like vibrations with three cleaning modes, soft brush heads, and a slim, easy-to-maneuver handle. Battery life is excellent, and the charging options (glass or stand) are both sleek and functional. The app’s coverage map, while not essential, adds a modern touch. The travel case looks premium, though the inside feels a bit plasticky. Unfortunately, both units developed the same issue: the metal accessory support began loosening from the base, compromising their stability. At the time, I was disappointed and voiced my concerns. However, I’m pleased to say that Philips stood behind their product. As a globally respected company, they addressed the issue. Their customer service was responsive and professional, which restored my confidence in the brand. While I still believe there’s room to improve the durability of this particular component and sincerely hope Philips engineering division verifies this issue, I now feel comfortable recommending the product, especially knowing Philips is committed to standing by their customers.

Great clean, powerful and good battery life, love the tongue cleaner. I chose a 4 because the case it comes with is less nice than the 9900 and what happened to you guys having uv cleaning for the heads stylist?

I received this DIAMONDCLEAN SMART 9500 HX9935/190701 on 2022 Xmas, I was very happy with the product until it stop working on Sept 2024, I was so upset for the price I think it should last longer . I have purchased multipack brush and now I am just using the short brush to brush my teeth without the handle.

I’ve had this toothbrush for about a month, and I still haven’t been able to connect it to the app — which was one of the main reasons I bought it. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but all they do is give me the same instructions over and over (reset Bluetooth, reinstall the app, etc.), none of which worked. No one actually followed up or offered a real solution. Very disappointed with both the product and the lack of support. For something this expensive and supposedly “smart,” I expected much better.
