Philips AventNatural baby bottle

These bottles are my first choice my baby loves philips avent bottles . I tried other brands as well but didn't find the quality like Philips bottles. I am feeding my baby since birth with philips and really love this product. It has great suction which makes baby to latch properly. Worth buying ..

Avent Feeding bottles are durable, easy to use, safe for babies, has an original design. Love this and my next child can even use it just buy a new set of nipples.

I started using Avent Natural bottles when my little one was 2 months old. We stopped BFing due to a case of thrush, we were using Life Factory bottles and it was taking her almost an hour to finish a 4oz bottle! We switched to Avent using the second level nipples. At first she found it hard to latch because the nipple shape was so different than what she was used to, but once she got the hang of it they worked awesome. She would finish a 5 to 6 oz bottle in about 20 mins, burp no problem and was content after. The three part system is super easy to clean. I noticed someone below mentioned the markings coming off but I've washed my bottles a lot and haven't had an issue, plus you generally don't need to scrub the outside of the bottle. I also like the convenient "staging" of the nipples as they adapt to my babies needs. I paid $15+ for each 4oz LifeFactory bottle and only $20 for a 3-pack of 9oz Avent ones (on sale mind you), and they were well worth the money. (LifeFactory not so much) All in all a good product and I would definitely recommend these for formula fed babies of all ages.

I like these bottles tremendously. The size and accessories made it easy to fall for them. The nipple design mimicked my breast and my son latch right on. Only concern I had was the nipple lifting whilst suckling.

I have tried dr. Brown and tommee tippee. And feedings have always been a struggle for my 3 month old. I started to realize maybe shes not getting enough milk flow. So I wanted to try another size or brand. I went for the AVENT Sample I received from a gift bag. As soon as i tocuhed the nipple I KNEW IT WAS A GAME CHANGER. Its sooooo soft and its not sturdy and thick like tommee tippee. My baby INSTANTLY TOOK TO THE Natural avent bottle. She can work it and squish it like a real boobie. I'm soooo glad i had it on hand because i was worried about my baby eating while I was at work. Now theres no resistance. Proud to be an AVENT baby!!

My son loves these bottles, once I switch we never went back to another bottle/nipples. My issue though is the bottles leak and the tops do not stay on very well. I have bought multiple bottles from many locations and they all do it. This is something someone should look into or at the very least test. Other than that it’s a great choice! Just be careful of leaks in diaper bags and such!

Because I had to go back to work 6 weeks after having my son, I had planned to exclusively pump breast milk for him. I wanted a bottle that would offer a gentle flow and relieve any gas intake as he has acid reflux. He took to these bottles very easily and is still using them even though he is now 7.5 old and has started solids. The bottles are a cinch to put together and easy to clean. The nipple can be removed from the top ring for easy sterilization. Another great feature is that the bottle shape has been great for my son as he works on holding it on his own. I was given this bottle to try as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel. My baby is 3 months old. She has been using bottles since birth as it took time for my milk to come in. We give her one bottle of breast milk every evening so my husband can have an opportunity to feed her. She is a very gassy baby and spits up a lot. We have tried a half dozen brands of bottles. We prefer bottles that pace how fast she is feeding and prevent her from swallowing excess air. The Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle met these requirements. We used the bottles with the preemie size 0 nipples. She was able to take 4oz from this bottle in about 20 minutes. With other bottles, we noticed that she would dribble milk out of the corners of her mouth and seemed to choke on the milk. With the size 0 nipple, we didn't have ANY dribbling. I think the Dr. Brown's bottles do a little bit better in terms our preventing swallowed air (I'd give them an A+ for this), but the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle did a pretty good job (I'd give them an A- for this). The anti-colic vent does work. I really like the shape of the bottle. It is easy for me to hold with small hands. My husband who has giant hands has no problem either. Once you know how to assemble the bottle it is easy. The first two times I used the bottle I didn't realize you had to pull the nipple through the ring up to a ridge on the nipple. As a result we had leakage around the ring. But, given that it was assembled incorrectly, it still did a great job :)! My husband has noticed a trade off between how tight the ring needs to be screwed on and how well the anti-colic vent works. He feels like the ring needs to be loose enough to let air out, but not loose enough to leak. I like how wide the mouth of the bottle is. This makes cleaning the bottle easier. The nipple is easy to clean if it hasn't been sitting around for a while. Sometimes my husband leaves the overnight bottle out until the next day and getting the fat out of the grooves in the nipple becomes a bit of a chore. No bottle is perfect, but I'd definitely buy this bottle to use in the future.

Well, I'm truly surprised by the negative reviews here... We have 3 different brands at home and so far the avent bottles seem to be my son's favorite... I breastfeed and use formula on a daily basis and my son doesn't really mind the difference between the nipples (that is mine and the bottle's). We never had any issues with leakage or colic so no complaints there.

I am a mom of five. I have tried every bottle available. These bottles are amazing! My babies go between bottles and nursing. I've had the most success with these Natural Bottles. I pump into these bottles. Pumping is quite a chore and it would upset me to see my milk spilling out when my baby used other bottles. My baby always had milk dribble down his chin and out the sides of his mouth. But not with these bottles! His lips create a perfect suction on the base of the nipple so that none of my milk escapes. I also love the petals inside the two-layered nipple. They mimic the feel of the breast. Also, the nipple is very flexible. I saw some people comment about nipple collapse. If this happens, a faster flow of nipple should be used. There is a vacuum system that allows air flow, but if the baby is drinking to fast, there us no time for it to work. Upping the nipple size is a quick fix. There are more holes in the faster flow that allow more milk to flow out. This means the baby doesn't need to suck as hard to get milk, allowing the nipple to work properly. The nipple double seals in the collar which makes it very secure. I wish these bottles were available when my first was born. I own 3 nine ounce, and 3 nine ounce with the cute elephant design. I want to get the cute monkey ones next!
