The toothbrush is great. It took me a couple days to get used to it but I love it. I like the timer, the travel case and it's easy to keep clean.

I cannot recommend this product enough. I lost my previous sonicare while attending a wedding and had to replace it within a week. It does such a great job making my teeth feel like I have just had a professional cleaning. The Deep Clean mode is a welcome addition and does a spectacular job. My case is white on the inside and that is the only thing I don't like about this product. It was and is a game changer for teeth brushing.

great toothbrush!!! recommend to everyone. Go for a cheaper model if you are not particularly into the design. 3 modes would be good enough.

I have owned two of these. The first one stopped charging shortly after going off warranty and, because they aren't serviceable, I purchased a new one. Within a year the second one started acting 'crazy'. It would turn on and off by itself while sitting on the counter, would start cycling through the modes by itself and then turn off while brushing, and would often not turn on at all when the button was pushed. Eventually it also stopped charging, like the first one. Although I think the product does an excellent job when working properly (probably the best of any brush I've owned), I honestly can't recommend it due to the issues it has with breaking down within an unreasonably short time frame. The very high cost of consumables (brush tips) is also a sore point, but if you brush properly by touching the bristles 'very' lightly to the teeth and letting the vibration do the work, I find a brush head will last 4-6 months before needing to be replaced.

This is my third Sonicare toothbrush that has stopped working properly. Replaced twice but this last time can't find the bill and can't replace after less than a year but oh well that is my fault. The point is really that they always break.
Time to go to something else

I am a dental hygienist! I love my sonic care ! I recommend them to my patients but more and more are complaining since they are only lasting 1-2 year! My old sonic care which is 7 years old is still going strong brought it back from our vacation home cause my new one I bought 1 year ago is acting up! Fix this issue please !! Cause otherwise you have a great product !!

We have owned many Sonicare toothbrushes over the years. A couple of years ago we purchased a diamond care version. After a year or so, it stopped working. We called customer service and they were nice and sent a replacement under warranty. Recently the replacement stopped working. I again called customer service to find our that they will not stand behind the replacement! The replacement is only covered under the original toothbrush warranty!! When you purchase an expensive toothbrush like this you hope that the manufacturer will stand by their product. Unfortunately, they won't and I cannot recommend anyone purchasing one of these based on my experience.

Just started using the Diamond Clean.
Was disappointed that the travel case would not accept the brush head with the cover on it. It appears there would be room.
