    Get started with your new Sonicare

    To get support for your new toothbrush, including registration and warranty, support videos, instruction manuals, FAQs, and accessories, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the Philips Support page:  http://www.philips.com/support
    2. Enter your product number (found on the bottom of your toothbrush). It starts with “HX,” for example: HX991M.
    3. When your toothbrush appears highlighted in blue, click “Select” to open its support page.
